Arleen Rice of Havre was elected president of the Montana Agricultural Business Association at the annual convention in Great Falls last week.
Rice resides in Havre and has been in the crop protection business since 1987.
The Montana Agricultural Business Association represents 260 locations, and over 2000 individuals who operate farm supply outlets, elevators and seed plants to agricultural producers. They represent crop consultants, ground and aerial applicators of crop and plant food companies. MABA is comprised
of individuals, independent businesses, cooperatives, and corporations.
The mission of the Montana Agricultural Business Association is to provide proactive
leadership to assure the viability of Montana agribusiness.
