Officers investigated after a Second Street business caller reported Wednesday at 10:48 a.m. that they found a gold wedding ring nearby.

Officers issued a summons to Joseph Elliot Anderson of Havre, 28, on a charge of disorderly conduct charge after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 2:55 p.m. that a man punched the door and yelled profanities after he was denied alcohol.

Officers arrested Jonahs James Demontiney of Box Elder, 22, on a driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge Wednesday at 3:22 p.m. on Fifth Avenue.

Officers investigated after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 3:32 p.m. a two-vehicle, noninjury crash.

Officers arrested George Hofer of Geraldine, 57, on charges of driving under the influence and driving without insurance after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 7:08 p.m. that a man who appeared drunk got out of a Chevrolet Suburban.

Officers arrested Amelia Hintz of Havre, 29, on a Justice or City court warrant this morning at 1:45 near a First Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted a citizen Wednesday at 3:18 p.m. at the Hill County Sheriff’s Office. No further information was made available.

Deputies made a prisoner transport Wednesday at 5 p.m. No further information was available.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to two calls Wednesday and one today.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired, three short-haired and one Siamese cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador retriever, a male American bulldog-pit bull terrier, a female pit bull terrier-spaniel mix, and three mixed breed puppies — two males and one female, and a male Austrailian Shepherd-border collie.

A girl was born Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, to Chase and Shantel Keith of Havre.
