Officers arrested Brooke Ann Blacktongue of Havre, 29, on a partner or family member assault charge after she reported Thursday at 12:23 p.m. that she was assaulted.

Officers arrested David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 58, on a disorderly conduct charge after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Thursday at 4:05 p.m. that there was an intoxicated man who could barely walk.

Officers arrested two people during a motor vehicle stop after a caller at a First Street business reported Thursday at 6:18 p.m. that someone driving a silver Dodge Caravan almost hit her. No further information was available.

Animal Control investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Thursday at 7:04 p.m. that a dog had bitten someone.

Officers arrested Anthonio Uriah Valdez of Box Elder, 21, on three Justice or City court warrants Thursday at 7:56 p.m. on 13th Street.

Deputies investigated after a Second Street West caller reported Thursday at 10:19 a.m. that someone stole office equipment out of a storage shed.
