Officers investigated after a South Dell Drive caller reported Friday at 6:01 a.m. that a car crashed into a tree in his yard, there was no one in the vehicle and footprints leaving the area could be seen.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Sunday at 12:53 a.m. that someone had hit a Ford F-350 in the BNSF parking lot and left without notifying the owner.

Officers issued a summons to Trevor Lane Harwood of Bozeman, 20, for minor in possession charge after an Eighth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 3:27 a.m. that someone was knocking on the door.

Officers arrested Kyle James Pribyl of Havre, 27, on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 10:08 a.m. near a First Street business.

Officers arrested two people Sunday at 2:21 p.m. near 10th Street West in relation to a drug offenses call. No further information was provided.

Officers arrested Christopher Roger Walter Jr., of Havre, 28, on driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol charge after a First Street West caller reported Monday at 11:40 p.m. that there is a possible drunk driver.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested Matthew Allen Bell of Havre, 35, on a theft charge and two Justice or City court warrants after a Clear Creek Road caller reported Friday at 8:18 a.m. that an SUV was on the road with someone who appeared to be passed behind the steering wheel.

Deputies served a warrant to Lynn Rose Werk of Havre, 30, on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 8:31 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested Brayden Alexander Grimson of Bozeman, 24, on a DUI charge Saturday at 2:11 a.m. near First Street and Fourth Avenue.

Animal control officers issued a summons to Adrianus Vaneck of Hingham, 75, on a dog running at large charge after a Hingham caller reported Saturday at 10:25 a.m. that her small dog was attacked by two German shepherds.

Deputies investigated after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Saturday at 10:55 a.m. that her purse was stolen out of the grocery cart.

Deputies arrested Donita Anne Demontiney of Box Elder, 28, on charges of shoplifting and obstructing a peace officer and on two Justice or City court warrants Saturday at 2:55 p.m. at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

The animal shelter held this morning two medium-haired and two short-haired cats.
