Officers issued a summons to Danae Infante of Havre, 31, on a disorderly conduct charge after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller reported Wednesday at 5:31 p.m. that people were yelling in the mall.

Officers arrested Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 32, on charges of partner or family member assault and violation of conditions release after a Bonine Drive caller reported today at 1:37 a.m. that someone was drunk and “tearing her apartment apart.“

Deputies investigated after a 150 Road South Rudyard caller reported Wednesday at 9:16 a.m. that some items were stolen.

Deputies arrested Eric James Lipp of Great Falls, 33, on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 10:34 a.m. in state District Court in Havre.

Deputies investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported Wednesday at 11:53 a.m. that two female shoplifters took off.

Deputies investigated after a Bullhook Road caller reported Wednesday at 2:09 p.m. that a package was stolen from her mailbox.

Deputies served a warrant to and arrested Stephanie Shawn Cochran of Harlem, 25, on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 7:38 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated after a Second Street West business caller reported Wednesday at 11:22 p.m. that someone stole a TV.

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.
