Officers investigated after a 14th Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:25 a.m. that she would like to talk to an officer about a parenting plan.

Officers spoke to someone who came to the police station Tuesday at 9:33 a.m. to pick up their property.

Officers arrested Catherine Autumn Star St. Marks of Havre, 38, on a Justice or City court warrant after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:45 a.m. that a juvenile had run away and he needed help finding her.

Officers investigated after a 14th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 12:13 p.m. that her wallet was stolen from her vehicle.

Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash between a Dodge Nitro and a Chevy Suburban after a Fifth Street caller reported the incident Tuesday at 3:05 p.m.

Officers arrested Michael Barron Infante of Havre, 38, on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, during a motor vehicle stop on First Street.

Animal control investigated after someone at the animal shelter reported Tuesday at 4:24 p.m. that a cat bit her.

Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway West business caller reported Tuesday at 4:48 p.m. that a vehicle rolled into the fence in the propane area.

Officers investigated after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 7:39 p.m. a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers arrested Lara Shante Lawrence of Havre, 20, on charges of minor in possession, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Sixth Street caller reported today at 2:41 a.m. that the woman police were looking for may be home now.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served a warrant to and arrested Carmelo Winters Valenzuela Jr. of Fort Belknap, 39, Tuesday at 8:05 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies arrested James Dean Mitchell of Rocky Boy, 49, on two Justice or City court warrants.

Havre Fire Department

Medical crews responded to one call Tuesday and one today.

Fire crews responded to the 800 Block of Fourth Street Tuesday at 12:31 p.m. where steam from a shower had set off an alarm. No further action was needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a female Labrador retriever, a female Australian-shepherd-border collie mix dogs and a female Lhasa apso.
