Officers investigated after two callers near Seventh Avenue and Second Street reported Friday at 10:05 a.m. that a motor vehicle crash had taken place.

Officers issued a summons to Robin Rae Myers of Havre, 54, on a theft charge after a First Street West business caller reported Friday at 10:36 a.m. that a theft had taken place.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a First Street caller reported Friday at 1:58 p.m. that a Ford F-150 backed into his girlfriend’s Ford Explorer.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Friday at 3:11 p.m. that a vehicle drove into the window of the business. The driver, an elderly woman, forgot to properly brake and broke the glass. No one was injured.

Officers issued a summons to Marvin Dale Spotted Bird of Havre, 22, on charges of reckless driving, driving without insurance and driving without a driver’s license after a 14th Avenue caller reported Friday at 3:33 p.m. that someone drove in from Beaver Creek Park with two flat tires.

Officers initiated investigation after after finding a magnetic level at a First Street West business Saturday at 12:48 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Pike Street area caller reported Saturday at 3:45 a.m. that a white Ford pickup truck backed into his neighbor’s house and then drove away. The vehicle damaged the garage door. No one was injured, and police are looking for the driver.

Officers arrested Mary Ruth Demontiney of Rocky Boy, 56, on a Justice or City court warrant after a Fourth Street caller reported Saturday at 6:06 p.m. that a man and a woman were fighting and the woman hit the man.

Officers investigated after a 12th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 7:24 p.m. that a window was broken and the house was broken into. The suspect broke the basement window but did not enter. Police are looking for the suspect.

Officers investigated after a 10th Street West caller reported a sex offense Saturday at 9:14 p.m.

Officers investigated after a First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 11:29 p.m. that there was a drunk man in the hall.

Officers issued a summons to Shannon Leah Wing of Harlem, 42, on a possession of drug paraphernalia after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 7:03 a.m. that he found a bag with needles and prescription bottles in it.

Officers arrested someone after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 10:04 a.m. that a man driving a minivan took off without paying for gas.

Officers investigated after a caller near the Atrium Mall reported Sunday at 10:34 a.m. that a vehicle appears to be hit.

Officers issued a summons to Paul Anthony Tully Jr. of Downey, California, 19, on a dog at large charge Sunday at 7:55 a.m. near MSU-Northern.

Officers issued a summons to a 14-year-old on charges of runaway juvenile and juvenile curfew violations after a 10th Avenue caller requested assistance with a grandson Sunday at 9:51 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a Second Street Northwest caller made a theft or forgery or fraud report Friday at 10:14 a.m.

Deputies arrested Jesse Shane Valdez of Havre, 22, on charges of partner or family member assault, aggravated assault and threats in official and political matters after a Bitteroot Trailer Court caller reported an assault Friday at 5:52 p.m.

Deputies issued a summons to Nikolas John Keller of Havre, 19, on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and minor in possession after assisting another agency Saturday at 11:48 p.m. near a U.S. Highway 87 West business. Keller was later arrested Sunday at 2:49 a.m. near Third Avenue and 10th Street on a DUI charge.

Deputies investigated after a Box Elder caller reported Sunday at 4:38 p.m. that a house was broken into.

Emergency medical crews responded to three calls Friday, two Saturday and one Sunday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning four medium-haired, one long-haired and two short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, two male shepherds, two male and one female Labrador retriever, and a male Boxer.

Births

A girl was born Saturday, Dec. 9, 2017, to Nathan and Ashley Molstad of Havre.
