The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in April.

Tracey Descharm Watson, born in 1967, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, ordered to pay $2 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

Cody Michael Anderson, born in 1994, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for possession of burglary tools.

——

Nichole Marie Swan, born in 1984, was found guilty in a trial in absentia for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation; endangering the welfare of a child, first violation; and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia, no fine or sentence listed.

Anthony Dominick Harkins, born in 1982, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked. In a later case, Harkins was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct. In a subsequent case, Harkins was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

John Michael Kuhn, born in 1985, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from driving under the influence, first offense.

Keith James Green, born in 1985, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

——

Andrew Robert Krezlak, born in 1978, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for assault, amended from partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Louis Thomas Cochran, born in 1964, was sentenced to 12 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal trespass to vehicles and criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500, and was ordered to pay $720.97 restitution.

Winston Curley Stewart, born in 1984, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 363 days suspended and two credited, for aggravated DUI, first offense; was fined $310 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense; and was fined $110 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for violation of restriction on instruction permit. In a later case, Stewart was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, all days suspended, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense.

James Ernest Welling, born in 1973, was fined $100 for failing to properly secure license plates; was fined $110 and sentenced to two days in jail for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked; and was fined $260 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Derek Dahlin, born in 1965, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 347 days suspended and 18 credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, third offense.

Ruben James Stewart, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for social host violation.

Kody Charles Pribyl, born in 1997, was fined $100 for minor in possession, over 18, first offense.

——

Harold Edwin Main, born in 1997, forfeited $300 bond for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Claudia Pandora Bell, born in 1998, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for resisting arrest; and also pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct and MIP, over 18, first offense, no fine or sentence listed. In a later case, Bell was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense. In a subsequent case, Bell pleaded guilty to MIP, over 18, first offense, amended from third or subsequent offense, no fine or sentence listed, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 128 days suspended and 52 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Morning Snow Wisespirit, born in 1985, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $260 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Robert Henry Stump III, born in 1986, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 339 days suspended and 26 credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, second offense.

Kaleb Bruce Rockers, born in 1989, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense.

Jeffrey Charles Sykes, born in 1957, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Samuel Braxton Mix, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100, ordered to pay $341.92 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Kyle Webster Brockie, born in 1983, was sentenced to 12 days in jail, all days credited, for criminal contempt.

——

Adrian Louis Corcoran, born in 1991, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal contempt.

——

Tamecia Jarvis, born in 1978, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for animals running at large.

Natasha Lynn Peck, born in 1989, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $510 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Megan Kay Gluyas, born in 1992, was fined $100 for cruelty to animals, failure to provide food and water, first offense.

Timothy Sean Anderson, born in 1990, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license.

——

Thomas Wilson Haugeberg, born in 1991, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Nathaniel Isaac Windyboy, born in 1982, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and ordered to pay $6.40 restitution for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

——

Elaine A. Small, born in 1933, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for animals running at large, first offense.

——

Pearl Swan, born in 1934, forfeited $100 bond for animals running at large, first offense.

——

Nashae Rian Bauer, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 90 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license.

Lydia Kathryn Zilkoski, born in 1979, forfeited $100 bond for animals running at large.

——

Susan Lee Hanson, born in 1981, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for animals running at large.

——

John Joseph Bear Jr., born in 1988, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, or released on drug patch, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

——

Charles Glynn Plante Jr., born in 1978, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

——

Albert Kenneth Fisher, born in 1941, pleaded guilty to criminal trespass to property, no fine or sentence listed.

——

Cole Austin Farrell, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

——

Raven Leigh Salois, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense.

——

Joshua David Rainingbird, born in 1982, was fined $15 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

——

Joshua Reid, born in 1979, was fined $115 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Jonathan Wade Stump, born in 1983, was fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for littering. In a later case, Stump was sentenced to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct.

Cathlyn Enox, born in 1952, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for animals running at large.

——

Ryan Martin Handley, born in 1997, was fined $100 for selling or providing alcoholic beverages to minors.

——

Abigail Rose Myers, born in 1998, was fined $150 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

——

Regena Mae Moreno, born in 1975, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 140 days suspended and three credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $1,010 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 315 days suspended and three credited, for aggravated DUI, first offense.

——

Duane Bradlee Snow, born in 1962, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for criminal trespass to property.

——

In April, Judge Seigel also dealt with 22 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 25 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Another eight citations were deferred by the prosecution and one was voided by the ticketing agency.
