Quick Pics: Lights basketball cleaning up the town

Coach Shawn Huse and the Montana State University-Northern Lights Basketball team went out Saturday morning to help clean up the mess of tree branches still laying around town from the early October snowfall. They said a special thank-you to Tom Baker, Baker Amusement, Bob Evans, Master Sports, and Scott Seidel, Ace Towing, for loaning trailers and equipment to assist the team in gathering the slew of branches, sticks and stumps and subsequently taking them to the north tree dump. The team also thanked people who threw in a monetary donation to the Lights basketball program for the teammembers' work. The Lights are 1-0 after a good start last weekend and now take on Montana State University Wednesday for an exhibition contest, then Salish Kootenai College for their second nonconference game Friday.
