Ryan Mathewtanner Foursouls of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, 27, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and two Justice or City court warrants.

Animal Control investigated after a Box Elder School caller reported Thursday at 12:26 p.m that a black and white pit bull was charging people on the playground.
