Rochelle Lynn Jones of Hays, 29, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct after a First Street business caller requested Friday at 6:46 a.m. that officers check and remove a man who was passed out in the women’s bathroom.

Jonathan Seaton of Havre, 25, was arrested on a criminal contempt charge Friday at 8:10 a.m. related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show and was transported to the Hill County Detention Center.

Keenan Travis Blackbird of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of PFMA and two counts of endangering the welfare of children after a First Street Northeast caller reported Saturday at 6:57 p.m. that a disturbance was in progress.

Tristen Jace Gone of Fort Belknap, 18, was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and resisting arrest after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Sunday at 12:11 a.m. that emergency room personal needed help with a man who was running around the hospital naked.

Robert Lane Waltee Jr. of Montana, 48, was arrested on a violation of protective order charge after an 11th West Street caller reported Sunday at 12:33 a.m. that someone kept knocking on their door.

Mikhail Y. Kalinichenko of Perry, Kansas, 33, was arrested on an assault charge after a Ninth Street caller reported Sunday at 1:15 a.m. that someone was fighting in the upstairs bathroom.

Christopher Michael Voss of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of violation of no contact order and violation of conditions of release after a Ninth Street caller reported Sunday at 2:02 a.m. that a man approached an officer with information.

A 12- and a 14-year old were each issued a summons on a shoplifting charge Sunday at 3:59 p.m. on 11th Street West.

Officers arrested James Patrick Travis of Havre, 50, on charges of disorderly conduct, possession of dangerous drugs and open container after a First Street caller reported today at 12:48 a.m. that a man was lying on the sidewalk.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

David Lewis Perez of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of dangerous drugs, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates, brake light violation, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and driving without a driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 1:55 a.m. on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical crews responded to three calls Friday, two Saturday, two Sunday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 8:52 a.m. on the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northwest where a fire alarm as activated. The alarm was shut off and reset. No further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded Saturday at 11:30 p.m. to the 300 Block of Ninth Street, where a leaky meter valve emitted a gas odor. NorthWestern Energy replaced the valve.

Fire crews responded to the 400 Block of Third Avenue Sunday at 3:01 p.m. where a phone line was down. The line was moved out of the way and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded to a good intent call Sunday at 4:36 p.m. at the 1200 Block of Boulevard Avenue. A branch was hanging near a power line. No further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and one short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, two male shepherds, a male Labrador-pit bull mix and a Chihuahua.
