Havre Police Department

Allan Jay Labuda of Havre, 47, was arrested on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a vehicle stop on First Avenue at 8:42 a.m. Wednesday.

Officers investigated a Wednesday 9:26 a.m. report from First Street of a stolen cellphone. No information was provided on a summons issued.

Gabriel Lewis Lawrence of Havre, 47, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, fleeing or eluding a peace officer, wrong way driving, speeding, reckless driving, criminal endangerment and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on two Justice or City court warrants, after he led officers on a pursuit of his moped through Havre, down the Baltrusch Walking Trail and the Bullhook Dike after he failed to yield right-of-way at the intersection of Sixth Street and Eighth Avenue Wednesday at 10:02 a.m. Officers were unable to finish the pursuit but later found Lawrence and arrested him.

Officers investigated an 11:42 a.m. Wednesday report by a probation and parole officer of a SCRAM device theft.

Officers, responding to an 11:53 a.m. Wednesday call about a couple they were searching for being at a Ninth Avenue Northwest residence, made two arrests. No further information was provided on the arrests.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash at Seventh Avenue and First Street Wednesday at 8:08 p.m.

Jordan Nash Windyboy of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant served by an officer Wednesday at 11:37 p.m. on First Street.

An officer investigating suspicious activity at the Baltrusch Trail on 17th Street issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation to each of five teenagers: two 16-year-old boys, one 15-year-old boy, one 17-year-old boy and one 15-year-old girl.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted another agency at 10:06 a.m. Wednesday in the Havre area.

Jaleesa Sutherland of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a charge of shoplifting after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 2 West business Wednesday at 2:20 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday and one call today. Fire crews responded to an 8:50 a.m. Wednesday call to the 2000 Block of 5th Avenue.
