William Joseph Williams Jr. of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass to property after police received multiple complaints. The first call came in at 11:21 a.m. from a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller who said a man was outside screaming and banging on her trailer. The second call came in at 12:47 p.m. from a Ninth Avenue Northwest caller who asked to speak to an officer. The third call was from the person who called the first time, this time at 5:43 p.m to tell officers the man they were looking for was walking to the highway.

Emergency medical crews responded to one call this morning.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 12:17 p.m. on the 1600 Block of 38th Avenue Northeast where someone was burning without a permit. A permit was obtained and burning resumed and finished up.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 12:46 p.m. on the 10 Block of Third Street, where someone was burning branches in the city limits. They were told burning in the city limits is not allowed and the burning stopped.
