Local Bowling Report: Welcome back bowlers

Harvest Moon Lanes would like to welcome back all the league bowlers and also welcome all the new league bowlers joining us. We hope you all have a fun-filled year, with lots of big scores.

The 2017 bowling season is now in sessions and it’s time to bring everyone up to speed on some scores from this season so far.

Highs so far this year for the women are, Julie Rodgers, 229, 6-8, and for the men, Ryan Mapes, 279, 706.

If you’re looking to bowl, we still have openings on the Thursday Open League. We bowl at 9:30 a.m. This league is great for those of you who work night shifts and can’t bowl in the evenings. Also, we’re trying to start a Straightaway league on Monday’s at 7 p.m. This is a scratch league with teams of three members. It will start in October and will be a short league.
