Kim B. "Kimmerz" Jones of Harlem, 60, died of natural causes early Monday morning, Sept. 18, 2017, in aBillings clinic.
He was born June 3, 1957, in Fort Belknap, Montana, the son of James and Helen (Striker) Jones. He received his schooling in Hays and then began working on ranches in north-central Montana. He found his life mate and best friend, Vernie Healy, in 1981. They made their home on the Fort Belknap Agency until the time of his death.
Kim loved his horses, building fences, collecting toy tractors and trucks and always listening to his country music and had one special dog, "Loca."
Kim leaves behind his loving wife, Vernie Healy; one daughter, Sheena Rae Healy; mother, Helen Bell; one brother, James (Cheryl) Stiffarm, all of Fort Belknap; grandchildren Mya, Rosa, James, Eric and Arin, Logan, Marcus, Lil, Tom, Trevor, Christian, Ettsy and Neiko, and his special lil' man, "Tristan."
He was preceded in death by one son, Eric; daughter, Kalynne; and his father, James.
Wake services for Kim will take place at 5 p.m. Friday, Sept. 22, 2017, at the Fort Belknap Community Center at Fort Belknap Agency. Memorial Services will be Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017, at 11 a.m. at the Fort Belknap Community Center with a reception to follow the services.
Cremation has taken place with the Cloyd Funeral Home of Lewistown assisting the family.
