Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 8:18 p.m. that someone had driven off without paying for gas.

Robert Snyder of Great Falls, 47, was arrested on charges of driving without insurance and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license during a motor vehicle stop Wednesday at 8:49 p.m. on First Street West.

Officers made an arrest and issued a summons after a First Street Northeast caller reported Wednesday at 11:30 p.m. that people were fighting in an apartment. Barbara Arvillarose Gardipee of Rocky Boy, 25, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property, and Tia Francine Gardipee of Havre, 20, was issued a summons on a minor in possession charge.
Hill County Sheriff’s Office
Deputies issued two summonses after a U.S.Highway 2 West business caller reported Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. that two females were caught shoplifting. Leena Galan Healy of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge, and a 15-year-old girl was issued a summons on the same charge.

Deputies served three warrants to inmates who were brought in the Hill County Detention Center Wednesday at 5:35 p.m.
