Officers investigated after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 9:57 a.m. that an old bicycle was stolen from her yard.

Daniel Josef Baranyai of Havre, 29, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and charges of driving while using an electronic communication device and driving without insurance during a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 12:55 p.m.
