1. Ordinance No. 902 – (First Reading) An Ordinance Amending Title 7, Chapter 2, Section 1, Selling, Purchasing, Discharging, Dates and Times. (Fireworks)

2. Resolution No. 3767 - A Resolution of Intention to Exclude Certain Real Property from the City of Havre, to Fix the Date of Public Hearing and to Provide for Publication of Notice of Said Hearing.

3. Resolution No. 3768 - A resolution Assessing a Special Property Tax Against Certain Property in the City of Havre, Montana for Failure to Pay a Reasonable Charge for Nuisance Weed Control on Their Property Under The Authority of Section 9-6-7 of the Havre City Codes.

4. Consider confirmation of Probationary Firefighter Austin Shupe as a firefighter with the Havre Fire Department.
