Pre-evacuation warning issued for Sucker Creek after flare-up of the East Fork Fire

A pre-evacuation warning has been issued for residents in Sucker Creek, after a flare-up of the East Fork Fire raging in the Bear Paw Mountains,two posts on the Blaine and Hill County Health Department Facebook pages say,

Blaine and Hill County deputies and fire personnel are on location and in communication with Emergency Operation Centers in Blaine and Hill Counties, the posts say,

The Health Department asks people not to dispatch resources independently to fight the fire and that people avoid the area to reduce confusion and danger.

A post on the Chinook Volunteer Fire Department said the fire "has blown up on the Northeast Front" and that two helicopters and a plane, along with an abundance of Blaine County resources.
