The next regular meeting of the H. Earl Clack Memorial Museum Board will be

Monday, Sept. 11, at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of Havre Inn and Suites at Boot Hill Plaza on U.S. Highway 2 Northwest.

The agenda for the meeting is:

• Roll call of members.

• Reading and Approval of Minutes.

• Museum Manager’s Report.

• Wahkpa Chug’n Manager’s Report.

• The Foundation Report.

• By-Laws

• Transition Committee (new)

• Unfinished Business

• Summer Speaker Series - Jim Magera, Friday, Sept. 15, 7 p.m., Montana Room, Havre Inn and Suites. Plan refreshments.

• Set meeting date for Buffalo Jump Transition Committee’s next

meeting.

• Make plans for Homestead Shack on Fairgrounds. Set dates.

• Museum resumed to regular business hours on Sept.6. Museum

opens at 1 PM closing at 5 PM Tues. – Sat. Closed Sun./Mon.

This schedule in effect until Memorial Day 2018.

• New Business

a. Festival Days Float – representing Buffalo Jump.

b. Dinosaur Christmas Party set for Sat. Dec. 9th, 2 – 4 PM.

c. Work days at new Museum – First Saturdays of month; Oct. 7, Nov. 4, and Dec. 2. All interested helpers welcome;. 9 a.m. to noon

d. Clack Foundation Annual Meeting set for Sunday, Oct. 15, Duck Inn Vineyard – “A Sunday with Shep” and formal farewell to Anna and John Brumley. Volunteers needed.
