Havre Police Department

The Havre Middle School resource officer reported Tuesday at 1:09 p.m. that he investigated something at the school.

Officers investigated after a 10th Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 1:54 p.m. that he was bitten by a dog while reading a meter.

Officers made an arrest Tuesday at 3:09 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue. No further information on the arrest had been made available.

Katrina Rae Longknife of Havre, 28, was arrested on a partner or family member assault after an 11th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 3:41 p.m. that he got in an argument with his girlfriend.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 3:49 p.m. that a vehicle window had been broken out.

Kendra Ann Todd of Havre, 26, was arrested on charges of driving with an expired registration and aggravated driving under the influence after a 12th Avenue caller reported today at 1:49 a.m. that a drunk woman said she was coming to get her stuff.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made three arrests Tuesday at 11:18 a.m. at the Hill County Detention center. Starr Ane Stump of Havre, 29, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Memorie Chante Clark of Havre, 36, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Brandy Leian Stimson of Havre, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

T.R. Olson of Havre, 46, was arrested on three state District Court warrant Tuesday at 2:37 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Tuesday.
