Officers investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Friday at 8:36 a.m. that a dog had bitten someone a week ago.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported Friday at 11:45 a.m. that his wallet was stolen.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting, driving without a driver’s license and driving with an expired registration Friday at 2:07 p.m. on Third Street.

Officers investigated after a First Avenue caller reported Friday at 3:44 p.m. that a ceiling fan was stolen from the carport.

Phillip Brian Sutherland of Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation, 44, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license and possession of dangerous drugs and on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 3:59 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on First Street West.

Adrian Lawrence James Garcia of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary, partner or family member assault and possession of drug paraphernalia after a 10th Street West caller reported Friday at 4:15 p.m. that someone broke into an apartment through the window.

Two people were issued summonses Friday at 8:13 p.m. at Blue Pony Football Stadium. Walter William White of Havre, 18, and a 17-year-old were each issued a summons on a minor in possession charge.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a probation violation Friday at 9:17 p.m. on First Street.

Officers assisted a citizen Friday at 9:42 p.m. near First Avenue and 16th Street.

——

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of violation of protective order Friday at 9:45 p.m. near Blue Pony Football Stadium.

Officers impounded two kids bicycles after finding them Saturday at 6:55 a.m. near the Montana State University-Northern tennis courts.

Joshua David Rainingbird of Havre, 35, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and a revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Saturday at 7:04 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Saturday at 3:02 p.m. that they found a set of keys at the park earlier in the day.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Saturday at 3:14 p.m. at the Eagles Park.

——

Kim Allen Norquay Sr. of Hays, 58, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an officer found a man passed out on Second Street Saturday at 6:31 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Saturday at 11:42 p.m.  that her daughter left the emergency room on foot and she needed help finding her.

Winston Curley Stewart of Havre, 32, was arrested Sunday at 4:21 p.m. on First Street West on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Jason Jay Chiefstick of Box Elder, 47, was arrested Sunday during a motor vehicle stop on Main Street at 6:49 p.m. on charges of criminal endangerment driving under the influence, two counts; DUI; obstructing a peace officers or other public servant; failure to carry or produce proof of insurance; speeding; violaiton of child restraint; and driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s licence.

Jacob Matthew Bold of Havre, 32, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Sunday at 7:50 p.m. that her neighbor came to her house with blood on her face and asked her to call police.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile runaway and juvenile curfew violation after someone made a reported Sunday at 10:56 p.m.

Officers investigated after a caller near a First Street West establishment reported Monday at 1:26 a.m. that a woman intentionally ran into someone’s vehicle.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 35, was issued a summons Monday at 8:08 a.m. on a criminal contempt charge related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

James Edward Inman of Chinook, 68, was issued a summons on a charge of failure to obey a red traffic signal after a First Street caller reported Monday at 12:27 p.m. that someone driving a car had hit a bicyclist.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 5:56 p.m. that a window had been shot out with a BB gun.

Waylon Dewight Davis of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault and tampering with communicaition devices after an 11th Street West caller reported Monday at 7:18 p.m. that her husband hit her in the face.

Officers investigated after someone asked Monday at 8:13 a.m. for help with her daughter and domestic problems.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Leah Gopher of Box Elder, 22, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Friday at 10:32 p.m. in Box Elder during a motor vehicle stop.

Verlas Reylynne Chiefstick of Box Elder, 58, was arrested on charges of probation violation and disorderly conduct after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller made a complaint Saturday at 3:44 p.m.

——

Deputies investigated after an 11th Street North caller reported Monday at 8:55 p.m. that someone stole a stolen wallet and checkbook.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personel responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday, three Sunday, three Monday and two today.

——

Fire crews responded to the 1500 Block of Boulevard Avenue Sunday at 8:16 p.m. for an activated smoke alarm. Investigation showed that nothing burned and no one was hurt.
