Officers investigated after a 12th Street caller reported Thursday at 11:55 a.m. that she was being harassed.

Tony Monroe Dennie of Havre, 58, was arrested on charges of disordely conduct and criminal trespass to property after a First Street business caller reported Thursday at 2:01 p.m. that a male was picking fights.

Officers investigated after an 11th Street West caller reported Thursday at 3:08 p.m. that a car backed up into another.

Jordan Patrick Lamphier of Havre, 26, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street West business caller reported Thursday at 7:57 p.m. that the clerk had refused to sell alcohol to a male who then passed out on the south side of the building.

Kimberly Kay Pewitt of Havre, 45, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, resistig arrest and disorderly conduct after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Thursday at 10:48 p.m. that she needed officers because her mother was intoxicated.

Charlie Carroll of Havre, 47, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Third Avenue caller reported this morning at 3:21 that a drunk man in a wheelchair was going into traffic and trying to flag cars down.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served a warrant and made an arrest Thursday at 1:56 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one Siamese, one long-haired, two medium-haired and eight short-haired cats.
