Havre Police Department

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Tuesday at 9:30 a.m. finding a fanny pack with a wallet.

A 16-year-old was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Tuesday at 11:27 a.m. on Second Street.

Russell Clifford Cooper of Havre, 47, was issued a summons on charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal mischief after a 12th Street caller reported Tuesday at 4:18 p.m. that it appeared someone was staying in the camper in front of the house.

An officer flagged down on First Street Tuesday at 11:37 p.m. investgated suspicious activity.

Officers investigated after a Montana State University-Northern caller reported today at 12:17 a.m. that several items had been taken out of his dorm room.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Armando Jorge Prange of Missoula, 36, was arrested on a state District Court warrant during a motor vehicle stop Tuesday at 7:10 p.m. on Wildhorse Road.

Jasmine T. Lamere of Box Elder, 22, was issued a summons on a shoplifting charge after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller reported a shoplifter Tuesday at 7:40 a.m.

Bo Bryan Michel of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 10:57 p.m. at the detention center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a fire alarm Tuesday at 8:22 p.m. to the 1300 Block of Jefferson Avenue. No further action was necessary as there was evidence of fire.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, three medium-haired, eight short-haired and one Siamese cat.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-rottweiler mix,  a female terrier and a female Labrador retriever-hound mix dog.
