Letter to the Editor - Havre should live within its budget

So Havre, here we go again … city of Havre wants four more property tax levies. Only 2,400 votes last time. Our city needs to do more with less. Purchasing a new vacuum truck for $350,000. The library now has adult coloring night and an eclipse party … with snacks. I voted to keep the library open, not for the extras. I have a budget, I must live by. If I don’t, I have to find a second job or cut back.
