Correction - Lightning takes out some water in Rocky Boy

An article in Monday’s edition of the Havre Daily News about lightning taking out a water pump house at Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation was misreported which entity had to order parts.

The article quoted Water Resources Department head Dustin White as saying NorthWestern Energy had responded to the pump house and repairs were delayed until parts could be obtained.

NorthWestern Energy had determined that the electrical problems were on the side of the Chippewa Cree Tribe’s part of the pump house, not NorthWestern Energy’s, and the tribe was the entity that needed to obtain parts, not NorthWestern Energy.
