Participants enter the powwow grounds Thursday at the Kids Powwow during the Rocky Boy's 53rd Annual Celebration. The powwow is in full swing, with a tribal and a kids rodeo as well as the kids powwow complete and other major events starting today including the main powwow events and the main rodeo.
