Officers investigated a Third Street West report Wednesday at 6:50 a.m. that a Black Chevrolet Traverse was taken the night before.

Officers investigated  after a First Street business caller reported Wednesday at 9:27 a.m. that a Black SUV hit a pedestrian, causing injury.

Officers investigated after a Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line caller reported Wednesday at 12:07 p.m. that two bicycles were stolen.

Officers investigated a report from an 11th Street West business reported Wednesday at 1:37 p.m. that a dirt bike was found.

Sakura Edna Main of Harlem, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 1:33 p.m. after a Second Street caller made a report.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury crash after it was called in from U.S. Highway 2 Northwest Wednesday at 2:02 p.m.

Officers issued a summons after a Saddle Butte Drive caller reported Wednesday at 5:40 p.m. that someone was stealing things from his home. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle crash after a report was made by a First Street caller Wednesday at 8:19 p.m.

The Sheriff’s office reported no investigations or arrests Wednesday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Wednesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 11:03 a.m. to the 6300 Block of Shepard Road where a hay bale had caught on fire. Fire crews stood by while the owner put the hay bale out. No major damage was done and the hay bale was saved.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 4:14 p.m. on the 100 Block of Second Street where a telephone wire had come down. Fire crews stood by while NorthWestern Energy personnel repaired the wire.

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 8:15 p.m. on the 100 Block of 34th Avenue West where a fire alarm had malfunctioned and needed to be reset.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd dog.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired, four medium-haired and a Siamese cat.
