Obituary - Anthony "Tony" Michael Brandon

Anthony "Tony" Michael Brandon, 42, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017, at Benefis Medical Center in Great Falls.

Cremation will take place and services will be held at Fifth Avenue Christian Church Thursday, July 27, 2017, at 2 p.m.

Tony was born in Havre April 29, 1975, to Michael and Shelley (Nelson) Brandon.

Tony grew up in Havre and was a graduate of Havre High School. Tony had many accomplishments in sports and was a three-time state wrestling champion. Tony also traveled to Germany for wrestling.

Tony married Tara in 2000 and together they had a daughter, Taya Ray Brandon, born June 27, 2000. The two later divorced.

Taya was the love of Tony's life and was always "his Little Buckwheat."

Tony married Jill Shrauger in August 2005. Tony and Jill were inseparable the entire time they were married, where one was the other was also. Tony was very proud to become a grandfather to Keevin Shrauger March 17, 2017, from his stepson Chet (Emily) Shrauger.

Tony enjoyed being outdoors, camping fishing hunting and going to the Bear Paw Mountains. He especially loved creek fishing with Jill and Taya. Tony spent much of his time with his "partner in crime," brother "J.D.," and was always superman for his sister, Tanya.

Tony showed great interest in fast cars and fast trucks such as his '69 camaro, SS pickup, and, of course, of the Purple People Eater. If there was a car show near, Tony was attending. He loved his motorcycles, he enjoyed working on and riding them. He was a good mechanic and had ingenious ideas on how to make things work. Tony loved his favorite pets, Magoo and Tazz.

Tony is survived by his wife, Jill Brandon; daughter, Taya Brandon, step-children, Tereyl, Sydney and Chet (Emily) Shrauger, Laci (Tad) Doney and Chance Koke; his parents, Michael and Shelley Brandon; brother, Jeremey "J.D." Brandon; sister, Tanya (Jim) Winters; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
