1. Consideration of Sub-Recipient Agreement with the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line.

2. Accept the FAA Grant offer for Airport Project (Havre AIP 019-2017) in the Amount of $1,324,478.

3. Request from Hill County Health Department for Street Closure of 4th Avenue from 3rd Street to 4th Street for the Lil Shots Carnival to be held on Aug. 11.

4. Approval of Independence Bank Pledged Securities as of June 30, 2017.
