Ralph Chatfield Preston of Rudyard, 60, was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failing to carry or produce vehicle insurance, second offense, after a caller on First Street reported Wednesday at 11:19 a.m. a driver was brake-checking him and not allowing him to pass.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash on McKinley Avenue Wednesday at 3:57 p.m.

Officers investigated a 4 p.m. Wednesday report of a bad check at a U.S. Highway 2 East business.

Christian Michael Martell of Harlem, 25, was issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting after a caller at a First Street business said Wednesday at 7:44 p.m. they had detained a noncombative shoplifter.

Donald Keith Cochran, 52, Crystal Debra Cliff, 43, and Michael Dean Ball, 50, all of Havre were each arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller at a First Street Northeast residence report Wednesday at 8:58 p.m. a man and a woman were fighting and trying to get into the callers apartment.

Officers, called at 1:12 a.m. today to a vehicle crash on Second Street, made three arrests but no details were provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report from Box Elder at 8:36 a.m. Wednesday.

Anthony James McKay Jr. of Harlem, 20, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Wednesday at 12:51 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies responded to a Wednesday 4:18 p.m. request from Eagle Rock Road to speak to the complainant about a neighbor.

Alexis Rose Flansburg of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87 at 1:30 a.m. today.
