Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Monday at 6 a.m. near Sixth Street.

A 17-year-old was arrested on charges of possession with intent to sell, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plate after a 10th Street West caller reported Monday at 7:02 a.m. that there were two people sleeping in a green Chevrolet pickup truck in the parking lot.

Officers investigated after a Third Street caller reported Monday at 7:52 a.m. that a male who trespassed came in the yard over the weekend and left stolen items.

Officers arrested Christopher Michael Voss of Havre, 31, on charges of partner or family member assault, assault with a weapon, unlawful restraint, other and tampering with communications device after he reported Monday at 9:01 a.m. that he may have a felony warrant.

Officers made two arrests after a Carpenter Park caller reported Monday at 12:29 p.m. that two big dogs attacked one little dog.

Officers investigated  after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 1:08 p.m. that a white truck backed into his pickup.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash Monday at 2:25 p.m. near First Street and Fourth Avenue.

Benjamin James Kaval of Havre, 27, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal mischief after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 3:26 p.m. that a man kicked in the door and then ran away.

Officers investigated  after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 3:35 p.m. that a male driving a large black pickup drove off before paying for gas.

Colorado James McConnell of Havre, 18, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Monday at 6:36 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Seventh Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:59 p.m. that a door was open on the pink apartments.

Officers investigated after a 12th Street caller reported Monday at 9:17 p.m. that a branch from the neighbor’s tree fell on a pickup.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests Monday at 10:02 a.m. Kayla Marie Slicker of Pittsburg, 28, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge, and Sarah Marie Tysell-Sisis of Kansas City, Missouri, 25, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge.  

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Monday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, a female border collie-Labrador retriever mix, a male American bulldog, two male Australian shepherds, a male chihuahua, a female mixed breed, a male Boston terrier and a female Border terrier.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired and five medium-haired cats.
