Letter to the Editor - Thanks for support on Blue Star Memorial Marker

The Bullhook Blossoms Garden Club would like to thank the community of Havre for their support in helping us erect the Blue Star Veterans Memorial in Memorial Park and the by way marker soon to be placed on the courthouse grounds.

The Havre Lions Club and the Hill County Community Foundation, along with Patrick Construction, were instrumental in realizing this project. Thanks to all who attended the dedication and all the help from the National Guard, the American Legion and Auxiliary, the VFW, the Border Patrol, the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts. Thanks to all the garden club officers and members from surrounding areas. A huge thanks to the city and county for accepting these markers.

Please stop and reflect and remember our veterans.
