Officers investigated a Lincoln Avenue report Friday at 8:17 a.m. that a 2006 Polaris four-wheeler was stolen from their backyard within the last two weeks.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 9:05 a.m. that someone in a gold Dodge Durango took off after pumping gas and not paying for it.

Officers investigated after someone in the Havre reported Friday at 3:44 p.m. that someone had used her checking account without authorization.

Bernard Paul Striker of Box Elder, 39, was arrested on a theft charge and a Justice or City court warrant after a deputy near Second Street and Fourth Avenue asked for assistance Friday at 4:23 p.m.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Friday at 9 p.m. that a beer theft had happened.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported Saturday at 2:19 a.m. that two females tried to steal beer.

Robert Duran of Havre, 54, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Third Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:51 a.m. that a male had been knocking on the door next to hers for the last 30 minutes.

Officers investigated after someone made a vandalism report Saturday at 8:11 a.m.

Officers investigated after someone reported Saturday at 10:06 a.m. that someone stole guns.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Saturday at 10:40 a.m. that they found a cellphone.

Chanda Spottedelk Fisher of Lame Deer, 40, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, driving without a driver’s license, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, speeding, possession of drug paraphernalia and motor vehicle recovered for another agency during a motor vehicle stop Saturday at 6:27 p.m. near Montana State University-Northern.

Tanner Joseph Walker of Havre, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Saturday at 11:07 p.m that a patient needed a ride home.

Officers made two arrests near 17th Street West after someone made a juvenile status offense report Saturday at 11:55 p.m.

Jonathan Seaton of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of assault and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a Washington Avenue caller reported Sunday at 6 a.m. that a man was hitting her sister.

Officers investigated after a 10th Avenue caller reported Sunday at 12:39 p.m. that someone crashed into his father’s pickup truck and then ran.

Officers investigated after a caller near a First Street business reported a two-vehicle, non-injury crash Sunday at 1 p.m.

Rochelle Lynn Jones of Hays, 29, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and violations of conditions of release after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 2:17 p.m. that his daughter was fighting with him as he was trying to take her home.

Lance Udell Stump of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on charges of resisting arrest, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and assault with bodily fluid after a 13th Street West caller reported Sunday at 4:51 p.m. that people were yelling and screaming again.

Robert Adam Hutson of Havre, 22, was arrested on charges of aggravated burglary and assault with a weapon after a 10th Street caller reported Sunday at 11:52 p.m. that her son was assaulted by the neighbor and is now in the emergency room.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported at 4:44 a.m. that a female in a blue tank top was banging on cars.  

 

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted another agency after a deputy near Second Street reported Friday at 4:09 p.m. that a four-wheeler had been recovered.

Garrick Allan Ferguson of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 5:16 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

——

Regina Mae Moreno of Havre, 41, was arrested on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge Saturday at 4:29 p.m. at the HCDC.

——

Deputies responded to a medical emergency Sunday at 1:36 p.m. at the HCDC.

——

Danielle Jo Sangrey of Box Elder of 23, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Sunday at 9:52 p.m. near a U.S. Highway 87 business

 

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, one Saturday, four Sunday and one today. And a fire crew responded to the 400 Block of First Street to a call of a gas smell Friday at 8:15 a.m. NorthWestern Energy was called in, but no leak was found.

 

Births

A girl was born Wednesday, June 14, 2017, to Jacob and Ashley Gauer of Havre.

 

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd, a female border collie-Labrador retriever mix and a female pit bull terrier.

The animal shelter held this morning two short-haired and four medium-haired cats.
