MISSOULA — Students at the University of Montana received $5 million in scholarships during the 2016-17 academic year. The following Montana students are among the recipients of more than 2,000 scholarships awarded.
HAVRE
Shelbi Brough, a 2014 graduate of Havre High School, recently won a $1,200 Poe Family Scholarship in Pharmacy and a $1,000 James Wedum Memorial Scholarship from UM’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy. Brough is a UM junior majoring in pharmacy. She is the daughter of Steve and Dixie Brough of Havre.
Jordan Haas, a UM pharmacy student from Havre, recently won a $1,200 Poe Family Scholarship in Pharmacy from UM’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy. Haas is the son of Steven and Janet Haas.
Carly Huffman, a Havre native studying pharmacy at UM, recently won a $13,300 Cardinal Health Scholarship from UM’s Skaggs School of Pharmacy. She is the daughter of Dan and Kathy Huffman.
