Sean Ryan Runsthrough of Frazer, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants served Thursday at 1:54 p.m. at a Jefferson Avenue location.

Animal Control was called from 6th Street Thursday at 4:47 p.m. to investigate a dog that had bitten the caller’s dog.

Officers investigated a Thursday 5 p.m. call from the child abuse hotline.

Brian Munoz of Fort Worth, Texas, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of undetermined level, driving without a driver’s license and possession of dangerous drugs.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 9:09 a.m. Thursday report from the Bear Paw Mountains of domestic abuse from a June 5 incident.

The Great Northern Fairgrounds manager reported Thursday at 7:17 p.m. a power box and water line had been run over at the fairgrounds and the call was referred to another agency.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call early this morning.

A two-man fire crew distinguished a dumpster fire at a parking lot on the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West called in at 11:31 a.m. Thursday.

A fire crew was called to the 800 Block of Fourth Street Thursday at 9:04 p.m. to help someone get out of a stuck elevator.
