Someone reported at the police station Friday at 9:28 a.m. a stolen chainsaw.

Officers investigated after a Friday 9:46 a.m.caller at a First Street business said a customer trying to buy beer by “sticking his key into the credit card machine.”

Claudine Chiefstick of Rocky Boy, 53, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass, and Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 76, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, after a caller at a First Street business Friday at 4:19 p.m. said a tenant wants a possibly intoxicated woman removed from his room.

Andrew Eugene Earll of Havre, 30, was arrested 6 p.m. Friday at the police station on a Justice or City court warrant in relation to a drug task force case.

Clifford Lamere Lenhardt of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on a charge of theft, and Michael Loftus of Havre, 18, was arrested on a charge of theft, after an employee of a First Street business reported at the police station Friday at 6:43 p.m. having information on a theft.

Officers investigated a Friday 6:52 p.m. report at the police station of a stolen phone.

Barbara Arvillarose Gardipee of Havre, 24, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Darrel Michael Dubois of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after an officer stopped on Third Street to investigate suspicious activity.

Adrian Louis Corcoran of Havre, 25, was issued a summons Saturday at 9 a.m. on charged of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence in relation to the 24/7 Sobriety Program.

Joshua Bryon Endicott of Havre, 29, was issued a summons on a charge of vicious dog after a 7th Street caller said at 9:30 a.m. Saturday two pit bulls were attacking people.

Jennifer Duncan of Haver, 55, was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a Seventh Street caller told police Saturday at 11:43 a.m. two young children were in his backyard.

Officers investigated a vehicle crash after a Saturday 12:12 p.m. caller reported hitting a parked car.

Officers investigating a hit and run vehicle crash Saturday at 3:47 p.m. arrested a 15-year-old on charges of driving without a driver’s license, failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, failing to give notice of accident and failing to back safely.

Officers investigated a Saturday 4:19 p.m. call from a First Street business about a customer drive off.

Regina Mae Moreno of Havre, 41, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt Saturday at 7:03 p.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Jacob James Bauer of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on charges of open container and violations of conditions of release after an officer investigated suspicious activity on First Street Saturday at 11:15 p.m.

Christopher John Brandt of Havre, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer investigated suspicious activity at Patterson Park on 11th Avenue Sunday at 2:56 a.m.

Officers investigated a hit and run vehicle complaint from Fifth Street Sunday at 11:54 a.m.

James David Berger Jr. of Havre, 38, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant, and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of obstructing a peace officer of other public servant after an officer initiated a vehicle stop on Ninth Street Sunday at 5:18 p.m.

Officers were called to make a welfare check Sunday at 6:38 p.m. at a First Street residence.

Nolan Martin Holden of Havre, 25, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and no motorcycle endorsement after a 12th Street caller reported a motorcycle speeding in the area Sunday at 8:54 p.m.

Officers issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation to a 13-year-old after a Fourth Street caller reporter her granddaughter missing.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, two calls Saturday and three calls Sunday,.

Seven firefighters in one engine and one tender responded to a structure fire at 5:28 a.m. Sunday on the 1200 Block of Fourth Street North. The mobile home, which had been unoccupied for about six months, was essentially entirely involved in the fire. The firefighters were able to contain the damage to the unoccupied structure. The cause was not known as of this morning.

One engine responded to a grass fire, caused by sparks arcing from equipment, at 9:03 a.m. Sunday at the 300 Block of Fifth Street North. The fire was contained to about one-quarter of an acre.

FIrefighters responded to a report at 10:45 a.m. Sunday of a grass fire on U.S. Highway 87 at Mile Marker 106 but after searching the area twice were unable to find any fire.

Two firefighters in one engine responded to a brush fire Sunday at 4:14 p.m. at the dike on Eighth Avenue North and contained the fire to about one-half an acre.
