Havre Police Department

Officers made two arrests during a motor vehicle stop Friday at 3:29 p.m. on First Avenue. Tess Saddler of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and James Daniel Small Boy IV was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license, failure to carry proof of insurance and violation of child restraint.

Scott Earl Smith of Havre, 36, was arrested on charges of robbery and shoplifting after a First Street business caller reported Friday at 9:50 p.m. that a man in the store was smoking and he told the caller that he had a gun.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 2:09 a.m. that someone tried to enter their residence.

Officers issued two summonses Saturday at 2:58 a.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 14th Avenue. Scott Alan Roberts of Havre, 19, was issued a summons on a reckless driving charge, and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violation charge.

L.B. Bruce Collins of Havre, 28, was arrested on a violation of conditions of release charge after a 17th Street West caller reported Saturday at 11:48 a.m. that a man violated a no-contact order.

Officers investigated after a caller near the post office reported Saturday at 7:26 p.m. that a postal truck hit a pole.

Altie Blackmon of Havre, 56, was issued a summons on a vicious dog charge after a Second Street caller reported Saturday at 8:26 p.m. that their 5-year-old son was bitten by the neighbor’s dog.

Officers investigated after a caller near a First Street West business reported Saturday at 8:26 p.m. a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Daniel Jake Waldner of Havre, 33, was arrested on charges of theft and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a First Street West business caller reported Saturday at 9:58 p.m. that someone had eaten and left without paying.

Officers made an arrest after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Saturday at 11:41 p.m. a runaway juvenile.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller report Sunday at 3:36 a.m. reported someone called asking to speak with the caller’s son.

Regina Mae Moreno of Havre, 41, was issued a summons on charges of criminal contempt and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence Sunday at 8:09 a.m. in relation to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

James Allen Gardipee of Box Elder, 46, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a First Street West business caller made a report Sunday at 2:59 p.m.

A 17-year-old was arrested on a pick and hold order during a motor vehicle stop on Fifth Avenue Sunday at 7:43 p.m.

Officers investigated after an 11th Street West caller reported Monday at 12:01 p.m. that she hit another car in the parking lot.

Leikota Sioux Cantrell of Havre, 18, was arrested on a partner or family member assault charge Monday at 9:11 p.m.

A 13-year-old was issued a summons on a juvenile curfew violations charge after a Fourth Street caller reported today at 12:47 a.m. that her granddaughter snuck out of the house.

 

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Alana Ruth Demontiney of Great Falls, 28, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 7:04 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a theft, forgery or fraud report after a Mooney Coulee Lane caller made a report Sunday at 10:08 a.m.

Deputies investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 West caller asked for assistance Sunday at 1:58 p.m.

Deputies investigated after a caller near Beaver Creek Highway reported Sunday 8:40 p.m. pulling a vehicle into a driveway to recharge its battery and someone came out of the house and shot a shotgun.

Deputies investigated a lost or found property report Monday at 4:38 p.m. near Fresno Reservoir.

Adelita Christina Russette of Box Elder, 28, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs and on two Justice or City court warrants, after a caller at a Box Elder establishment reported Tuesday at 12:15 a.m. a woman beating on her boyfriend.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Friday, three calls Saturday, one Sunday and three Monday.

 

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.
