Officers investigated after a Seventh Avenue caller reported Thursday at 7:31 a.m. that they found a set of keys on the viaduct.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller said Thursday at 9:28 a.m. that items were missing from his house.

Alana Ruth Demontiney of Great Falls, 28, was arrested on charges of theft by shoplifting, driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after a First Street West business caller reported Thursday at 2:20 p.m that a woman who stole beer earlier was there.

Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 44, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest, possession of drug paraphernalia and violations of conditions of release after a Third Street caller reported Thursday at 2:49 p.m. that there was a naked man in someone’s yard and he was getting violent.

Officers investigated after a caller from a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business reported Thursday at 6:17 p.m. that they found a credit card.

Leah Huntley of Laredo, 39, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 8:08 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on First Street.

Jacqueline Babe Gopher of Box Elder, 44, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer and a Justice or City court warrant after an 11th Street West caller reported a noise complaint Thursday at 9:47 p.m.

Officers arrested a 13-year-old on a juvenile curfew violation charge today at 12:46 a.m. near First Street.

 

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated after an 11th Street North caller reported a theft, forgery or fraud Thursday at 9:51 a.m.

Deputies investigated after a complaint was made Thursday at 9:54 a.m. at the Hill County jail that someone had violated conditions of release.

Deputies served a warrant Thursday at 4:35 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center

 

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Thursday and one today.

Fire crews responded to a downed telephone line Thursday at 12:02 p.m near Fifth Street and Sixth Avenue. No one from the fire department was made available to provide details of the incident.

 

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning four short-haired cats, eight medium-haired one long-haired and one Siamese.
