Cordell Wilson of Havre, 22, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after a First Street business caller reported a possible disturbance Monday at 8:07 a.m.

Officers investigated after an Eighth Street caller reported Monday at 8:18 a.m. that someone had stolen his bike.

James Allen Dominick of Havre, 44, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, after officers responded with deputies to a domestic disturbance report on Smithville Road Monday at 8:20 a.m.

Officers investigated after a Washington Avenue business caller reported Monday at 11:26 a.m. that clothes had been stolen.

Lachelle Wadena Doney of Havre, 32, was arrested on a shoplifting charge after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 1:07 p.m. a noncombative shoplifter.

Nicolette Lailoni Windyboy of Havre, 37, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street business caller reported Monday at 2:23 p.m. someone with an outstanding warrant was in the store.

Officers investigated after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Monday at 3:05 p.m. that a dog bit someone.

Officers investigated after a caller at Havre Middle School reported Monday at 7 p.m. that someone had violated a temporary restraining order.

Russell Robert Bunten of Havre, 53, was issued a summons on charges of partner or family member assault, violations of conditions release and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 12th Avenue caller reported Monday at 7:40 p.m. that their stepfather hit their mother in the face.

Officers investigated after a Second Street caller reported Monday at 8:06 p.m. that their house had been broken into.

Officers investigated after a Knob Road caller reported Monday at 11:05 p.m. that two boys in a dark Ford pickup truck took a statue from the yard.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Catherine Autumn Star St. Marks of Box Elder, 37, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants, after deputies responded with police to a Monday 8:20 a.m. domestic disturbance report from Smithville Road.

Deputies investigated after a Main Street South, Rudyard, caller reported Monday at 8:29 a.m. that a brown pickup truck was stolen the night before.

Lachelle Wadena Doney of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia Monday at 1:54 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.
