Officers investigated after a Second Street business caller reported Friday at 8:40 a.m. that someone tried to drill out the change box.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Fourth Street caller reported Friday at 11:19 a.m. that a girl ran away.

Carmela Tonasket of Havre, 31, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after a 10th Avenue caller reported Friday at 1:51 p.m. that his wife was drunk and needed to be removed.

Samuel Alexander St. Marks of Havre, 36, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Friday at 3:43 p.m. that a drunk man in a grey sweater was trying to stop traffic and getting in front of moving vehicles.

David Taylor Eagleman of Havre, 57, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after a Third Street caller reported Friday at 8:39 p.m. that someone locked her out of her house.

Kevin Donald Golden of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and careless driving Saturday at 1:29 a.m. on 14th Avenue.

Officers issued identical summonses to a 16- and a 17-year-old on charges of minor in possession and juvenile curfew violations after a Wilson Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:18 a.m. that someone tried to break into a house.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of runaway juvenile and juvenile curfew violations after a Spruce Drive caller reported Saturday at 6:50 a.m. that his child had not come home.

Officers investigated after a 17th Street West caller reported Saturday at 1:11 p.m. that someone tried to break in.

Officers investigated after a Ninth Street caller reported Saturday at 4:11 p.m. that her vehicle had been run into.

Officers investigated after an 11th Street caller reported Saturday at 5:33 p.m. that someone stole his phone and pawned it.

Caitlin Standingrock of Box Elder, 24, was arrested on charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and a headlamp violation, as well as a Justice or City court warrant Saturday at 10:57 p.m. on Second Street.

Officers assisted a citizen after a caller from Northern Montana Hospital reported Sunday at 12:01 a.m. that a juvenile was in the emergency room.

Officers investigated a sex offense reported Sunday at 1:58 a.m.

Marea Jade Redhouse of Havre, 24, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, negligent endangerment and DUI after a Ninth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 3:19 a.m. that people were outside fighting.

Officers investigated after an officer near Montana State University-Northern reported Sunday at 9:23 a.m. that he found a flag on the ground.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 10:12 a.m. that someone threw eggs at her car.

Sage James Bluehorse of Havre, 30, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 12:01 p.m. near Second Street.

Officers investigated after a caller reported Sunday at 12:20 p.m. that they’d like assistance with a juvenile.

——

Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham of Havre, 30, was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and violation of conditions release after someone reported Sunday at 2:34 p.m. that they’d like to turn over property that belongs to someone else.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a medical emergency at the Hill County Detention Center Friday at 7:45 a.m.

Deputies assisted another agency Sunday at Beaver Creek Park at 11 a.m. Officers made two arrests.

Deputies investigated after a Bitterroot Trailer Court caller reported Sunday at 11:43 a.m. that someone “pounded” on the door, punched the caller’s son and pulled a gun before taking off. Deputies are looking for John Joseph Bear, Jr., 28, on a pending charge of assault with a weapon.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday and four Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 9:34 a.m. on the 600 Block of First Street West.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning three short-haired and two medium-haired cats.

A boy and girl were born Tuesday, May 16, 2017, to Brian and Jordan Dugan of Havre.
