Antonia Stump, an 11th-grader at Rocky Boy High School, is one of the school’s April Students of the Month. Her nominators said she is fun, outgoing, and full of laughter. Sometimes her laughter can get the best of her, which gets her off track and unfocused, but it is joyful to hear. Throughout Antonia’s previous high school years, she has struggled. Some concepts did not come easy for her, but for this fourth quarter of the 2016-2017 school year, she is making the connections and understanding the concepts. Her grades have greatly improved, especially in Algebra 1. She seems focused and striving toward her best. Because of Antonia’s improvements, she is Rocky Boy High Schools student of the month for April.
Zayne Parker is the high school’s other Student of the Month for April. His nominators said he is a student who works hard in class and is very diligent in everything he does. He questions the unknown and wants very much to learn about his culture which he is very proud of. He strives for excellence in his school work and is very polite to his peers and teachers. He loves coming to school every day and knows full well that academics play an important role in his future as well as being an athlete. His parents are Debbie and Richard Parker of Rocky Boy and they are very supportive of their son’s academic and athletic endeavors.
At Rocky Boy Junior High School, Neavah Cappo was selected as one of the April Students of the Month. Her nominators said Neava has been a “STAR” student since her first day she attend here. She comes to class prepared, sits down and becomes focused on the task in hand right away. Along with being, respectful and caring, Neavah is very artistic.
Adriana Suke was selected as the other April Junior High Student of the Month. Adriana always comes to class prepared and ready to work hard, her nominators said. She works diligently to finish her assignments every class period. Adriana is respectful to everyone that she meets and is very artistic.
