Officers investigated after a 16th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 10:21 a.m. that the neighbor was mowing the lawn when a rock broke a window.

Officers assisted a citizen who dropped something off at the police station Tuesday at 3:51 p.m.

Officers investigated  a motor vehicle crash reported by a Third Avenue caller Tuesday at 4:09 p.m.

Officers investigated after a caller on Fourth Street reported Tuesday at 8:58 p.m. that there was a hole in a window.

Delaine E. Demontiney of Box Elder, 54, was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive, at 4:20 this morning on First Street West.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Cassandra Miskeeleigh Stidham of Havre, 30, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 8:37 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Claudia Pandora Bell of Havre, 18, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and theft after a U.S. Highway 2 West business caller reported a theft Tuesday at 10:44 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Fire crews responded to a call Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. at the 7000 Block of Road 451 Southeast where a fire had started in the dumpster. The fire was easily put out and the damage was minimal.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female German shepherd and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning three short-haired, four medium-haired and one long-haired cats.
