Public comment sought on chief water judge applicant

Russell McElyea has reapplied for the position of chief water judge.

The Judicial Nomination Commission is now soliciting public comment on Judge McElyea’s application. The application may be viewed through a link available at http://www.courts.mt.go Comments will be accepted until 5 p.m. Monday, June 5.
