This will be the final bowling report for the season. Thank you to all the bowlers. Thank you to the Springer family, Chad, Suener, Sadie, Payton and Asher have really enjoyed getting to know all of you and are looking forward to next season.
The payouts for the No-Tap tournament are at the lanes for those of you who placed. We paid through seventh place. If you’re not sure, you can call us at 265-5885.
Watch for jackpot specials to be advertised. Pots of $175 and $200 will be given out at the next jackpot event. Hope to see you there. Also remember to recruit new bowlers this summer. We can’t be selfish. Let’s all share in the fun.
We have some scores from the Men’s State Tournament in Billings. Ryan Mapes made a huge showing in A Division with a first in singles scratch, 771, first in singles handicap, 833, first in all events scratch and handicap, 2,131, 2317. In doubles, Mapes and Bobby Wolf are in eighth place, 1,406, while Havre Ford is in eighth in handicap with a 2,754. Our teams, Holden’s Hot Wheels, is third in handicap, 2,487 and second in scratch, 2,512. Minnow’s Marine is ninth in handicap, 2,750, Harvest Moon Lanes is second in handicap, 2,985, Stockman Bank is fourth in handicap, 2,848, Individuals include Brian McCree and Dustin Kinsella in fourth place, 1,453, Joe Johnson and Ken Erickson, fifth place, 1,448. The only score from the Women’s State Tournament so far is Norman’s Ranch & Sportswear, first place. Great job by everyone and best of luck the rest of the way.
