The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in December.

Larissa Marie Floren, born in 1990, was fined $200 for obstructing justice, charged with a misdemeanor.

Gregory Charles Rainingbird, born in 1994, was fined $200 for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

Jordana Nile Mitchell, born in1993, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kody Charles Pribyl, born in 1997, was fined $500 for operating a vehicle with .02 percent blood alcohol concentration under 21 years of age, first offense.

Kenneth James Holt, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for holding a speed contest without a written permit.

Antonio Todd Tigart, born in 1996, was fined $200 and sentenced to one day in jail, one day suspended and one credited, for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage of $1,000, first offense.

Jephrey Joseph Julian, born in 1987, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 132 suspended and 48 days credited, for driving without a valid drivers license.

Mark Thomas Simonton, born in 1960, was given a deferment by the prosecutor for each of two charges: theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense, and driving while privilege to do is suspended or revoked, and was ordered to pay $199.99 restitution on the case.

Megan Williamson, born in 1988, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct, amended from criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500.

Larry Lee Boe, born in 1964, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for public nuisance.

Nathan Leroy Stuker, born in 1989, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

David Perez, born in 1975, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for driving under the influence of alcohol, first offense, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense; was fined $250 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license; and was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Roger Anthony Longknife III, born in 1967, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Longknife was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, one day credited, for disorderly conduct.

Scott Edward Vasecka, born in 1957, was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one day credited, for disorderly conduct.

Chalon Michael Kinholt, born in 1982, was fined $100 for operating with expired registration.

Matthew John Blankenship, born in 1984, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, nine days suspended and one credited, for disorderly conduct.

Andrea Rose Doney, born in 1978, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $550 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 180 days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $250 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Kim Allen Norquay Sr., born in 1958, was sentenced to 30 days in jail, 14 days suspended and 16 credited, for open container.

Ty Christian Pyette, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for minor in possession, over 18, first offense.

Leann Ahenakew-Gardipee was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, third or subsequent offense, amended from first offense, and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to vehicles.

Lawrence Kapaulikai Ilar-Duque, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200, ordered to pay $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. In a later case, Ilar-Duque was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $200, ordered to pay $20 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Eugene James Walls, born in 1973, was fined $1,500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 177 days suspended and three credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

A girl born in 2001 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for driving without a valid driver’s license and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $200 for each of two charges: failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, first offense, and failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense.

Jephrey Joseph Julian, born in 1987, was pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, no fine or sentence listed, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 132 days suspended and 48 credited, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Salvador Campos Rivera, born in 1980, was ordered to pay $1,000 restitution on a case with two counts of animals running at large, second offense, and a charge of vicious animals.

In a separate case, Johnson was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 275 days suspended, for partner or family member assault, causing apprehension of injury, second offense.

In December, Judge Seigel also dealt with 29 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 29 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. One citation was deferred by the prosecution.
