A 14- and an 11-year-old were each issued summonses on charges of juvenile curfew violations after someone made a report Monday at 11:58 a.m. saying their son snuck out the previous night and was not in school Monday.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Fourth Avenue caller reported Monday at 4:30 p.m. that she backed into the neighbor’s car.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Clear Creek Trailer Court woman reported to the police department Monday at 5:42 p.m. that someone had violated a temporary restraining order.

Officers investigated a vandalism report after a Curve Drive caller reported Monday at 6:16 p.m. that a vehicle was damaged.

Kyle Webster Brockie of Havre, 33, was issued a summons on a criminal contempt charge Monday at 8 p.m. related to a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation.

Darrin Kent Torgerson of Havre, 44, was arrested on a criminal trespass to property charge Tuesday at 12:08 a.m. after a First Street West establishment caller made a report.

Officers investigated a found property report after a Ninth Avenue business caller reported Tuesday at 8:52 a.m. that they found a bicycle on the property and no one knows whose it is.

Officers investigated an assault report after someone made a report Tuesday at 1:49 p.m. that a male was “jumped” the night before.

Albert Kenneth Fisher of Havre, 76, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct after a Fifth Street caller requested Tuesday at 7:21 p.m. that a male be removed from the apartment.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of juvenile curfew violation after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 11:38 p.m. that her juvenile daughter had not been home since 11 p.m. Monday.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a theft report after a caller from the Bitterroot Trailer court reported Tuesday at 8:18 a.m. that a cellphone had been stolen.

Lance Jon Stimson of Kalispell, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a state District Court warrant Tuesday at 12:02 p.m. near First Street North.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight calls Tuesday and one today.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador retriever, a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier, a male mix-breed dog and a female Corgi.

The animal shelter held this morning three short-haired and three medium-haired cats.
