Officers investigated a theft report after a Washington Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 1:11 p.m. that aluminum stolen windows were stolen from the shed.

Officers made an arrest after a First Street establishment caller reported Wednesday at 2:15 p.m. that two males were fighting outside the bar. No further information was provided.

Officers investigated a report after a Washington Avenue caller said Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. that she was assaulted and the people who did so were running away.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a Fifth Avenue caller reported Wednesday at 3:58 p.m. that a female was throwing wood out in the street.

Officers assisted a citizen who came in the police department Wednesday at 4:09 p.m. to speak to an officer about a parenting plan.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash after a Montana State University-Northern caller reported Wednesday at 4:10 p.m. that a hit and run incident happened the day before.

Officers investigated a disturbance after a caller from Pepin Park reported Wednesday at 5:34 p.m. that a fight happened in the park.

Darius Richard Moreno of Havre, 44, was issued a summons on a partner or family member charge today at 12:10 a.m. near a 11th Street West address.

A 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of assault, juvenile curfew violation, runaway juvenile and probation violation after a 15th Avenue caller requested officers go to a house where people were doing drugs.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a Thompson Street caller reported today at 3:31 a.m. that a vehicle had been stolen at 2 a.m.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests Wednesday at 3:43 p.m. on Road 100 South. Sandy Bob Strauser of Havre, 39, was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of dangerous drugs; and Michaela Lisa Strauser of Havre, 41, was arrested on a possession of dangerous drugs charge.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Wednesday and one this morning.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two female Labrador-border collie mix dogs, a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier, a male mix-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever and a female Corgi.

The animal shelter held this morning three female short-haired, two medium-haired and two long-haired cats.
