Officers investigated a theft report after a 14th Street West caller reported Tuesday at 8:45 a.m. that a kayak had been stolen.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Ninth Street business caller requested a welfare check on a male Tuesday at 3:38 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft after a U.S. Highway 2 Northwest business caller made a report Tuesday at 4:30 p.m.

Three juveniles were issued summonses after a Boulevard Avenue caller made a report Tuesday at 11:32 p.m. A 13-year-old and a 14-year-old were issued summonses each on a charge of juvenile curfew violations, and a 17-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and underage tobacco possession or consumption.

Philip Owen Kuhr of Havre, 30, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and disorderly conduct after a First Street establishment caller reported today at 12:43 a.m. that a male needed to be removed.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Taryn Eagleman of Box Elder, 35, was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, driving with no insurance and operating a motor vehicle without valid registration and on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 1:27 p.m. during a vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87.

Deputies investigated a complaint after a Saddle Butte caller made a report Tuesday at 8:46 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning two female Labrador-border collie mix dogs, a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier, male mix-breed dog and a female Labrador retriever.

The animal shelter held this morning three female short-haired, one medium-haired and two long-haired cats.
