Officers issued a summons and made an arrest after a 14th Avenue caller reported Monday at 8:50 p.m. that someone was driving with intoxicated kids in the vehicle. Samantha Sue Demontiney of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, underage tobacco possession or consumption, and probation violation.

Animal Shelter
The animal shelter held this morning two female Labrador retreiver-border collie mix dogs, a female Labrador retriever, a female dachshund-Jack Russell terrier, a female German shepherd, a male Labrador retreiver-pit bull terrier mix, a mixed breed dog and a female pit bull-terrier.
